MINOLTA HI-MATIC 7SII

THE CAMERA:

Another long awaited addition to my collection, the Minolta Hi-Matic 7sII with the fabulous Rokkor 40mm 1:1.7 lens. The 'inspected' sticker on the back said it was from 1979 but production of the model started in 1976. This is the last hi-grade, all metal rangefinder from Minolta (other than the Leica CL and the Minolta CLA).

It's in excellent cosmetic condition, and the meter, AUTO and all shutter speeds snap like new.

FIXES:

I took the top plate off and cleaned the RF/VF optics, put in new light seals and gave it a not really needed exterior cleaning
