CIRO-FLEX

THE CAMERA:

Model E, made in 1947 in the good ole' U.S. of A in Delaware Ohio. It has a Wollensak 85mm 1:3.5 Anastigmat taking lens. I got this at a yard sale for $15 and I believe I got a hell of a deal. Especially since it has the original metal double-lens cap that can fetch twice that on it's own. It is is incredible shape, all that was needed was a good cleaning and the focus was sticky.

FIXES:

I cleaned the frosted glass screen after dismantling the hood. I had to clean and lube the focus mechanism as it was sticky. The shutter and aperture work perfectly and sound correct I gave the exterior a good cleaning as this thing was filthy. I have a set on Flickr showing the repair.
