I didn&#8217;t want them to dry out on the grill so I looked around at some\u00a0recipes\u00a0and concocted this\u00a0marinade\u00a0from scratch getting ideas from the ones I found online.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 \u00a0 \u00a0 Tbl. \u00a0 fresh sage chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00a0 \u00a0 Tbl. \u00a0 fresh rosemary chopped<\/li>\n<li>4 \u00a0 \u00a0cloves \u00a0 garlic crushed<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd \u00a0\u00a0cup \u00a0 lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd \u00a0 cup \u00a0 white wine<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd \u00a0 cup \u00a0 olive oil<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>6 \u00a0 \u00a0 Turley tenderloins<\/li>\n<li>(you can substitute \u00bc cup\u00a0Cilantro for Sage and Rosemary and Lime for Lemon for a Tex-Mex twist)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mix all \u00a0ingredients (except turkey) in a large measuring cup and pour over tenderloins in a large gallon zip-lock bag. Remove all air from bag and set in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Grill over medium flame about 7-8 minutes on each side until done in middle, finished temp should be from 165\u00b0 to 170\u00b0 so to prevent over cooking, cook to just under 165\u00b0 and remove from flame and cover with foil to &#8216;rest&#8217; the meat for at least 10 minutes.
